I have nothing but good things to say about Clinix Connect Inc. I took over my position with zero knowledge or experience of what or how to do marketing. Carrie was able to translate my questions and intuitively develop content for our clinic that was both relevant and entertaining. We have two televisions in our office and I am impressed when I see patients watching our slides instead of their phones – a real coup in this day and age!

Having ClinixConnect in our waiting area has been such an asset to our office. When we reopened in June 2020 after COVID-19 shut down we were so fortunate to already have the TV set up for a few years before and was familiar with what Carrie could offer. With COVID-19 all magazines had to be taken out of the area and we had to limit patients in the waiting room. With patients wearing masks they didn’t talk to each other. With ClinixConnect it kept our patients entertained, it offered patients information about the sanitation measures we were taking to keep them safe. We could send Carrie content and she could customize it to anything we wanted for our office. We had specifics and wanted to express to our patients the measures we were able to provide for safe care. This was a great way to communicate with our patients. Carrie keeps all the information up to date with interesting news sports details, eye health information and even comics to keep patients engaged.  

Patients absorb the information and will come and ask questions about what they have read on the TV. They will see the benefits of eye exams, programs offered in the office and also when we offer our summer sun deal. 

When holidays are approaching Carrie is one step ahead offering suggestions and deadlines to put our holiday hours and any specifics on the TV. With Carrie, I can send her a message with something I want posted and she comes up with something better than I could imagine. She is such a respectful person to work with I couldn’t ask for anything more when communicating with her.  She is fun and agreeable and goes above and beyond to make your experience the best.

Clinix Connect has given us easy access to a custom playlist of slides in our own waiting room.  Carrie creates an endless array of slides including office hours, short bites to educate patients about eye conditions, news from the eye community, and advertisements of our in-office promotions.  We can add as much or as little as we like and the system always functions like a charm.  And when we’re too busy to send her new material, she ensures content is new, timely and professional.  Patients love it and comment on what they saw while they were waiting.  So easy and so useful!  Thanks Carrie!

The service Carrie provides through ClinixConnect has been fabulous. Every one of our staff members have received comments from patients on the informative and funny slides on the reels. She is very creative and her work always has nice aesthetic appeal.  The informative slides are always current which is extremely important with the changes constantly happening due to Covid-19 and the Job Action. If we have promotions or marketing info to display, it is added in an extremely timely fashion. We have been dealing with Carrie for a number of years.  She is always working on new slides to help keep our content current and informative. She is quick to add any new slides that we may have and are always loaded in a timely manner.  This style of advertising helps us get new product, our online store, any specials, informative eye related information to our patients while they are in office.  We have three locations, so one email to Carrie and she can upload it to all offices.
